Browsing and security
When your browser requests a page, our server processes connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Our legitimate interests are operating a reliable website and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These technical details are necessary to establish the connection. We do not use them for advertising or automated decisions about you.
Cookies and the interactive demo
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embeds or persistent browser storage. Language is selected by the page URL. The interactive demo contains fictional data; its choices remain in page memory until you reload or close it. The pilot outline is created and downloaded on your device. Its contents are not sent to us unless you choose to email them. The live statistics are loaded as a file from this website once a minute; they contain only aggregate counts and send nothing about you. No audio is recorded by this website.
If you contact us
We process the contact details and message you choose to provide to answer your enquiry, provide support or discuss a pilot. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract where you are a party (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts and support enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We process rights requests to comply with our GDPR obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond. Please avoid sending guest lists, passwords, payment details or sensitive information.
Service providers and retention
Authorised company staff and hosting, email and technical-support providers may process the information needed to deliver their services. The website is hosted on our server with netcup. This site does not load third-party services in your browser. Routine website access logging is disabled; server diagnostic logs can contain technical connection details and are subject to a maximum 30-day system retention, with earlier rotation possible. Enquiry correspondence is kept while the enquiry or support matter remains open and, where necessary, for the period required to administer the resulting business relationship, comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The nature of the matter and applicable legal period determine that retention. You can request information about the retention and recipients of your particular correspondence.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and data portability where its conditions apply. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where any separate processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@vypravo.online to exercise your rights. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity. We respond within one month, subject to the extensions permitted by GDPR. You may complain to your competent data protection authority, including the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
